Easy Go To Dinner - Chicken Nuggets

Introducing my go-to easy chicken nugget dinner—a meal that's not just for kids, but for the whole family to enjoy! With simple ingredients and minimal preparation, this dinner option is perfect for busy weeknights when time is of the essence, yet you crave a satisfying and comforting meal.



Chicken Nugget Recipe:


Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes or strips

Egg or eggs

Cornflake crumbs or bread crumbs


Instructions:

  1. Place a nice size parchment paper on the counter. Use this as your work surface for easy cleanup.

  2. Dip the chicken in the eggs and then into the crumbs.

  3. Place on a lined baking sheet.

  4. Spritz with the cooking oil of choice - I used canola oil.

  5. Bake in a preheated 450 degree oven.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes - flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes.


Serve this with mixed vegetables, and dipping sauces of your choice.
